IJS Protocol for Test Credit Process

There is a $20 procecessing fee per test. Please email the following completed documentation to test chair Tracey Connor at [email protected].

1. IJS Protocol for Test Credit Request Form (below), which includes a signed statement from your Coach
2. The overall event results, which include the names and signatures of the Event Referee and Technical Controller
3. Your individual protocol
4. Your Test Credit Skater report from the competition

Once you have emailed the four documents, submit payment online through your EntryEeze member account under Merchandise. All attachments must emailed. Incomplete requests will not be accepted. All forms must be submitted within 7 days of the test.
