Membership
Memberships are now being accepted for the 2024-2025 season.
The membership year runs from July 1 - June 30 each year. Please note that membership fees are not prorated. We are 100% volunteer-run and memberships are processed by hand - allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
WWFSC membership consists of figure skaters from the Chicagoland area. Membership to U.S. Figure Skating is included with club membership. Applications for membership must be submitted online via EntryEeze at the link below. Classes of membership include:
Home Club Membership - $125
Individuals designating Wagon Wheel as their primary club. Includes: USFS Membership, USFS Magazine, Test Privileges, Voting
Home Club Additional Family - $80
Includes: USFS Membership, Test Privileges, Voting
Introductory - $70
For Learn to Skate USA members who are joining a Club for the first time (1 Time Only). Includes: USFS Membership, USFS Magazine, Test Privileges, Voting
Professional Membership - $95
Includes: USFS Membership, USFS Magazine, Test Privileges, Voting
Coaches with five or more renewed skaters can submit for membership reimbursement online
Alumni - $70
Includes: USFS Membership, USFS Magazine, Voting
Associate Membership - $70
For skaters desiring test priority and access to club equipment. A full membership with another club is required.
Collegiate - $0 (only available to existing WWFSC members in good standing who are high school seniors renewing as collegiate)
For College Students (4 years of membership). Includes: USFS Membership, USFS Magazine, Test Privileges, Ice Time Purchase, Voting
Wagon Wheel ASPIRE - $45
ASPIRE offers a provisional membership that bridges skaters from Learn to Skate USA to full WWFSC membership. ASPIRE provides a way for new skaters to engage in club activities, test sessions, and recognition programs. Skaters may annually renew as ASPIRE members until they require a full membership and progress to Introductory (usually due to passing their first formal U.S. Figure Skating tests). This membership also allows skaters to participate in our collaborative program with Crystal Ice House. For more information, click here. Need a permission form? Generate one through EntryEeze.
The Club Permission Form is required for entering competition events and/or test sessions that are not hosted by Wagon Wheel FSC.
To access your permission form, click ACCESS MY ACCOUNT, which will link you to the page for Existing Wagon Wheel FSC Members. You will then need to login with your email address and password you created when signing up for EntryEeze. Select the desired skater and then the “Get a permission form” button.
Note: Permission Form letters are only valid for the current or renewed season.
