We are beyond grateful for our members who have already met their 4 hour volunteer commitment to the club by mid-year! Thank you SO much!
If you could not make it to GCFI in September, there are THREE opportunities this month to volunteer your 4 hours that you will not want to miss.
First is at the 12th Annual Synchro Illinois competition, held at the Robert Crown Community Center in Evanston on January 14-15. 120 teams are registered this year, which will make for a jam-packed weekend. Volunteers are needed in all areas 6:00am-8:30pm Saturday 1/14 and 7:00am-2:00pm Sunday 1/15. To sign up, click your way to --> https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0a4dacad2ea20-synchro2#/
**Wagon Wheel will be notified after the event of your hours, but feel free to contact us as well to let us know you are fulfilling your volunteer commitment of 4 hours.**
Second, the Crystal Ice House is hosting two sheets of practice ice on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 for the 2023 Midwestern-Pacific Coast Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships. We need volunteers to check in teams and to monitor practice ice. Friends and family may also volunteer to satisfy your 4 hour volunteer commitment.
